How to export your data
Open the app and go to You → Data & privacy → Export my data. You'll receive a plain-text file with all your names and notes. You can share it anywhere via your device's share sheet.
How to delete your data
Go to You → Data & privacy → Delete all my data, then follow the steps on that screen — you'll be asked to confirm and to type DELETE, so it can't happen by accident. This permanently removes every person saved on your device — their photos, notes, and practice history, including anything in Trash. App settings and overall practice stats remain until you delete the app. Individual people can also be deleted from the People list at any time, with a 30-day undo via Trash.
How to restore from a backup
Go to You → Data & privacy → Restore from backup and select your backup file. Restoring replaces the current local data on your device.

Go to You → Contact support in the app, or use our contact form. Please include your device model and operating-system version so we can help faster.
